How does publishing work if I’ve changed my billing currency in Printful?

If you’ve changed your billing currency in Printful from United States Dollars (USD) to another currency, only product costs are converted to the new billing currency in Printful.

The retail price and profit are not converted to the chosen billing currency due to a technical limitation, but this improvement is on our roadmap.

If your store currency isn’t USD, make sure to enter a numeric value for the product’s retail price in Printful, since only numeric values are published to your sales channel without conversion. Learn more in our article here.

For example, if your store currency is British Pounds (GBP) and you want to sell the product for GBP 24.99, enter 24.99 as the retail price in Printful and ignore the “USD” label.
