How do I change the currency on Printful?

In your Printful account, there are two currency settings: the catalog currency setting and the billing currency setting. These settings are independent, meaning changes to one won’t affect the other.

Note

Printful currently displays products and prices in USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, and CAD. If you're using a different currency in your sales channel, please refer to this article for more information.

Catalog currency

You can view all product prices in our catalog in a different currency by changing the currency in the top-right corner of the catalog page.

Billing currency

Billing currency is the currency in which you will be charged for orders. You can change your billing currency preference by navigating to Wallet → Payment details. We recommend choosing your card’s currency to avoid conversion fees.

Note

Your selected billing currency applies to all stores of your Printful account.

Some limitations apply when changing the billing currency from USD:

The Printful USD Wallet is disabled (only your added card will be charged for orders).
Printful coupons are disabled.
Automatic order approval will charge multiple smaller amounts (per order) as opposed to one large daily amount.
Refunds are issued to the original payment card.

These limitations are lifted once you have switched the billing currency to USD.

Your chosen billing currency will be used for invoices regardless of the invoice format you have chosen. If you’re using our monthly summary invoices and switch your profile’s currency mid-month, the summary invoices will be split into separate billing currencies.
