Why am I getting a "Too many requests per minute" error?

To prevent overuse of the Printful platform’s resources, we have implemented a request limit per user. This ensures that users who exceed our fair use policy will have restricted access to certain actions in their account.

The limitations apply to the following actions:

• Viewing products, variants, or shipping information in our catalog
• Uploading, archiving, or viewing images
• Creating, updating, viewing, deleting, or publishing products
• Viewing, canceling, or calculating shipping costs for orders

What is the fair use policy?

It refers to using Printful as intended—like creating products, connecting a store, and preparing to sell. Unusually high or automated activity beyond normal use may lead to request limits.
