What are the limitations of all-over printing (AOP)?
All-over print (AOP) products are made using cut & sew techniques that allow you to customize a product from seam to seam. As with any printing technique, there are some limitations to keep in mind to achieve the best results:
-
Don’t place important details close to the edges
We advise against placing important graphics or text very close to the edges of your designs. Use the safe print area as your guide. -
Avoid designs with borders
We advise against using borders in your designs. Borders can appear uneven if the print is shifted during the cutting process. -
Don’t include small details
Due to the product's fluffy fabric, avoid using tiny details or text in your designs since they may print blurry. Bold lines and graphics usually work best. -
Include branding in the design
This sublimated product doesn’t have an inside label option. If you'd like your logo printed, include it in your design.
