Why is my store not connecting?
If you’re encountering integration issues between Printful and your selected sales channel, here are the steps to troubleshoot and resolve them.
Make sure you follow our integration guides
It’s important to follow our step-by-step instructions for your respective store:
Ensure the store isn’t already linked to Printful
Log in to any other Printful account you may have and remove the existing sales channel connection. Once disconnected, you can connect the same store to another Printful account.
Reconnect your store
If you’ve followed the integration guide and the store hasn’t been successfully integrated, we recommend disconnecting your store. After disconnecting, repeat the integration steps as outlined in our guides (refer to the instructions above).
Note
You don’t need to click Delete, as doing so will remove your products. If you encounter a technical issue with your store later, please don’t disconnect it if it was successfully connected before.
