What happens when an order comes in?

When a customer places an order through your connected sales channel, Printful processes it according to your order approval settings. Here's what happens next.

• Printful cannot pull funds directly from your sales channel, so when an order comes in to Printful from your sales platform, Printful charges your linked credit card or Printful Wallet for the production price of the product and shipping charges.

• After the payment is received, the order is sent to production.

• Once the order is shipped, the tracking will be synced to your sales channel. If you’ve set up automatic shipping notifications for your customers, the tracking number will be forwarded to them automatically.
